摘　　要：地方高校要深入落实科学发展观,就必须树立改革开放和与时俱进的意识,坚持科学定位,坚持走和谐发展、内涵发展的道路,全面提升学校核心竞争力,促进高校又好又快的发展。The development of the local institutes of higher education under the guidance of the concept of scientific development relies on the strengthening of the consciousness of reform and openingup keeping pace with the times, the adherence to the scientific positioning and harmonious development and the overall improvement of the core competitiveness for a quick and balanced development.
