摘 要:建筑焊接结构朝大型化、重型化、高参数精密化方向发展,手工焊接操作时效率低,质量不稳定,为此,研制了GMAW-G粗丝焊工艺。从焊接电源、焊接材料、焊接工艺试验三方面阐述了GMAW-G粗丝焊的全过程,并进行了工艺性试验评定。试验结果表明,GMAW-G粗丝焊能得到合格的焊缝,具有效率高、节能、焊缝变形小、操作简单、易于控制等优点。在建筑钢结构焊接中应推广应用。Construction welding struceture develops to the direction of large scale ,heavy duty and high parameter precision,and manual welding operation has low efficiency and instability welding quality.Therefore, GMAW-G thick wire technology is developed.This paper elaborates the whole process of GMAW-G thick wire welding in three aspects of welding power source,materials and technology test,and makes an assessment of technology test.The test shows thai GMAW-G thick wire welding can obtain qualified weld,and has many advantages such as high efficiency,energy saving, small defomation of weld,simply operation,easy contrel and so on.It should be popularized and applied in welding of construction steel structure.
