摘 要:交流焊接电弧过程伴有显著的电极行为,并具有与直流焊接电弧不同的物理性质。在此以变极性交流焊接电弧过程的观测结果为例,对该类电弧过程的电子密度、激发温度、两极能量分布、多元等离子体现象、阴极清理机制等宏、微观特征及其相互的联系进行了探索和讨论,以期深化对交流焊接电弧过程及特点的认识。There are different physical properties between the DC welding arc and the AC welding arc,because the more significant activities of electrodes are performed during the AC welding arc.In order to better understand the process and characteristics of the AC welding arc, a variable polarity welding arc is observed as an example in this paper to investigate and discuss the phenomena and relations between macro and micro characteristics,such as the electron density and exciting temperature,the characteristic of energy distribution,the phenomenon in the multicomponents welding arc plasma,cathodic cleaning and etc.
