摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了不同载体负载的超细镍催化剂,考察了载体对催化剂催化苯完全加氢反应性能的影响。结果表明,在140~190℃和4MPa氢压下,不同载体负载的催化剂上苯完全加氢活性相差很大,活性大小顺序为:SiO2〉硅藻土〉ZrO2〉TiO2〉γ—A1203。激光粒度分析、BET、XRD和TPR结果表明,催化剂具有大的比表面积,活性组分在载体表面分散均匀,载体与Ni相互作用较强的SiO2作载体苯完全加氢活性最好。The effect of support on catalytic performance of ultrafine nickel catalyst for the hydrogenation of benzene is investigated. The catalyst is prepared by the coprecipitation method using nickel sulfate as precursor and SiO2, kieselguhr, ZrO2,TiO2 and γ-Al2O3 as support. The catalytic activity is evaluated at 140 - 190 ℃ and 4 MPa hydrogen pressure. The conversions of benzene over all catalysts differ greatly and follow the order SiO2 〉 kieselguhr 〉 ZrO2 〉 TiO2 〉 γ- Al2O3 , where SiO2 is first reported to be a very effective support of nickel catalyst for the hydrogenation of benzene. Laser particle size analysis, BET, XRD and TPR results show that SiO2 is a suitable support for the hydrogenation of benzene due to the bigger specific surface, good distribution of active species on the support and the strong metal - support interaction.
