摘　　要：从人的不同层面交通行为特征研究出发,探讨了人的行为与交通系统设施之间的相关性并反馈到城市交通系统目标层面,构建了基于不同层面行为特征的交通发展目标与对策体系。Starting from the characteristics of resi- dents＇ transport behaviors at different levels, this paper discusses the relation of residents＇ behaviors and transport facilities and then sets up a target and measure system for transport development based on behavior at various levels.
