摘　　要：由于目前竖窑煅烧白云石大多需要采用成本较高的焦炭,本文对焦炉煤气应用于竖窑煅烧白云石进行了研究,开发出了塔型燃烧器和新型的竖窑煅烧系统,该系统能满足白云石需要高温煅烧和快速冷却的要求。同时,本文对该系统进行了能耗平衡和节能途径的探讨,为今后竖窑的优化设计提供参考。Expensive coke is used to calcine dolomite in shaft kiln recently. This article has done a research on applying coke - oven gas to calcine dolomite in shaft klin and developed a combustion structure and the new shaft klin system which can meet the requirement of high - temperature calcine and quickly cooling. Meanwhile, this article has analyzed the calorific balance and energy - saving ways of this system and provided reference for opti- mization design of the shaft kiln in the future.
