摘　　要：作为区域经济重要支撑的陕北区域文化深受中国传统文化的影响。封闭的地理环境和自给自足的传统农耕生活,形成了陕北人自我满足的小农意识,知足常乐、安土重居的观念束缚了人们的创新意识。在榆林经济实现跨越式发展的今天,必须改造制约经济发展的文化观念、文化制度。加快榆林经济的发展,进一步加强与先进地区的经济文化交流,促进人们改变落后的思想观念,为榆林经济的发展提供文化支撑力量。The culture of northern Shaanxi, which has been an important support of regional economy, is deeply influenced by Chinese traditional culture. The closure of geographical environment and the traditional self- sufficient farming life have formed a self - satisfied sense of people in northern Shaanxi. As a resuh, the concept of contentcommunication among advanced regions, and encouraging the masses to change their backward ideas as well as providing supportive cultural forces for the economic development of Yulin.
