摘 要:通过相反转乳化法制备了八甲基环四硅氧烷预乳液,研究了预乳液的滴加时间、催化剂用量、pH值对乳胶粒粒径及其分布和ζ电位的影响。结果表明,随预乳液滴加时间的增加、催化剂DBSA用量的增大,乳胶粒粒径变小、粒径分布变窄、ζ电位绝对值变大;pH值从5变化到9时,乳胶粒粒径变化很小,ζ电位绝对值增大。根据聚合过程中乳胶束粒径、粒径分布和ζ电位的变化推测,阴离子型有机硅乳液的聚合过程可分成核阶段、生长阶段及平衡阶段。Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) was emulsified by phase inversion. The effects of preparation conditions, such as addition time of the emulsion, the amount of catalyst, pH value, on the average particle size and distribution, as well as its ζ potential were studied. The results showed that as the addition time of the pre-emulsion and the amount of DBSA catalyst increasing, latex particles became smaller in size with narrow size distribution, and the ζ potential larger in absolute terms. When pH value changed from 5 to 9, there was little change on latex in particle size but the ζ potential increased in absolute terms. It was speculated that the polymerization process of silicone anionic emulsion could be divided into three stages, which are nucleation stage, growth stage, and balance stage, according to the beam size, size distribution and ζ potential changes in polymerization.
