摘 要:在铂催化剂的作用下,利用含氢硅油与烯丙基缩水甘油醚、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚的硅氢加成反应合成出环氧基/聚醚改性硅油;然后与乙二胺进行胺化反应,制得了氨基聚醚改性硅油(AMPES)。采用红外光谱和核磁共振对其结构进行表征;并将其应用于香波配方中,探讨了AMPES在香波中的调理功能。结果表明,当AMPES在香波中的质量分数为3.5%左右时,发束的梳理性能最佳,且香波的发泡及稳泡性能也较为理想。In the presence of Pt catalyst, methyl hydrogen silicone (PHMS) was first reacted with allylglyeidyl ether and allylpolyoxyethylenepolyoxypropylene ether to form an intermediate poly- ether/epoxy (PESO); the intermediate then further underwent an epoxy cyclic--opening reaction with ethylene diamine to form amino polyether silicones (AMPES). The chemical structure of PESO was characterized by IR and 1 H-NMR. A new shampoo with excellent conditioning capability was obtained with the use of AMPES Experiment results showed that when the mass fraction of AMPES was 3.5 percent in the shampoo, the shampoo had good comb performance and the foaming and form stability improved.
