摘　　要：法律绩效评估的回应机制,就是特定的国家机关针对法律绩效评估报告中提出来的问题,采取特定方式作出回复或反应的具体运作过程。法律绩效评估主体对法律绩效进行评估时,发现法律法规在实施过程中存在一些问题,而这些问题主要涉及法律本身存在的缺陷,因而针对这些缺陷提出了完善的建议。但是这些建议必须通过一定程序进入立法议程,并最后通过立法程序实现从"法律修正案"到"法律"的转变,只有这样才实现了法律绩效评估的真正目的。The response mechanism of the legal performance evaluation results is the practical operating process that the specific governmental organizations response by the special ways to the questions as the reports of the legal performance evaluation results put out. The evaluative body of the legal performance find out the questions as the law is enforced and these questions are the shortage of the legislation, so they put out the suggestions which can improve the law. Otherwise, these suggestions should be put into the legislative process by the special legislative procedure, and at last realize the change from the legal revising bill to the law. And the terminal goal will be realized by doing it.
