关于管子以粮食为武器谋略的现实思考

摘　　要：管子出奇谋,诱使鲁、梁国织绨,莱、莒国砍柴,楚国猎鹿,代国猎狐,衡山国造兵器,放弃了粮食生产,不战自降。当今西方产粮大国政要和跨国粮商的手段与两千年前管子粮食谋略,如出一辙。学史鉴今,启迪国人在粮食问题上要有忧患、自给、积贮、节约意识。Guan Zi employed a special strategy, tempting Lu and Liang to weave, Lai and Ju to.chop wood, Chu to hunt for deer, Dai to hunt for foxes and Hengshan to make weapons, resulting in the fact that all these states gave up the grain production, which led to their surrender without war. At present, the strategies the political leaders of western countries and the international grain traders employ are just identical with Guan Zi 2000 years ago. Therefore, we can learn from the history and develop the awareness to self - produce, store and economize the grain.
