摘  要:在比较各种软起动方式的基础上,提出了一种新型电机磁控软起动方案,即在电动机定子回路串入磁饱和可控电抗器来实现电机的软起动,能保证电动机按负载要求平滑的起动;并且介绍了磁控软起动系统设计、工作原理,分析了以TMS320F2812为主控单元的硬件与软件电路设计以及电气连接,并介绍了在软件系统设计中的模糊PID控制算法。All kinds of soft-start schemes for electric machines were discussed and compared. A new magnetically controllable reactor soft -start scheme was proposed. During starting, the MCR was in series with the motor, which may ensure starting smoothly. The design and working theory of MCR was discussed and analyzed, the design of hardware and software system were based on TMS320F2812. The flow charts of every segment with fuzzy PID control arithmetic were expounded.
