摘　　要：侯外庐依据马克思主义的经典理论,采用文献与考古资料相结合的研究方法,对中国古代文明和国家的起源作了独创性的研究,得出了亚细亚生产方式与"古典的古代"同属于奴隶制社会阶段,但二者走着不同的发展路径的结论。第一次全面系统地论述了中国文明起源的特色,推动了中国古代社会的研究。Based on the classic Marxism theory, using the study way of archaeological data combined with documentary records, Hou wailu made the ingenious study on the Chinese ancient civilization and the origin of the nation, and got the conclusion that both Asiatic Mode of Production and the classical ancient belong to the slavery society stage, but these two societies experienced different developing roads. He addressed the characteristics of Chinese civilization origin comprehensively for the first time and promoted the study of Chinese ancient society.
