摘 要:为分析内罐泄漏条件下圆柱形LNG混凝土储罐预应力外墙振动特性,利用ANSYS软件建立泄漏条件下储罐外墙的有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析,将动液压力等效为与罐壁具有相同加速度的附加质量,求得储罐外墙自振频率;在半液和满液状态下,采用等效荷载模拟预应力效应,得到外墙自振频率环向波变化曲线.结果表明:LNG储罐满液状态时,储液对预应力混凝土外墙的频率影响最大为20.90%,预应力效应对其自振频率的影响最大为2.14%;液位小于最大储液深度1/2时,其自振频率可按空罐计算;液位大于最大储液深度1/2时,应考虑液体振动对储罐外墙振动频率的影响;不同液位时,对预应力外墙自振频率影响最大为2.92%.In order to analyze the conditions inside the cylindrical tank leaked LNG storage tank vibration characteristics of pre-stressed wall,we use ANSYS software to build storage tank leak under the conditions of the external walls of the finite element model,and its modal analysis,dynamic fluid pressure equivalent for the tank wall have the same acceleration of the added mass,to seek storage tank wall natural frequency.Man in the semi-liquid and liquid state,the equivalent load simulation using pre-stressed effect,been out-wall ring to the natural frequency wave curve.The results showed that LNG storage tank full liquid state,on pre-stressed concrete wall for the greatest impact on the frequency of 20.90 percent.Liquid level is less than half of the maximum depth of the reservoir,its natural frequency can be calculated.Liquid level is more than half of the maximum depth of the reservoir,should be taken into full account the liquid storage tank on the wall vibration frequency;different level,pre-stressed on the external walls of the natural frequencies of 2.92 percent for the most affected.
