摘 要:分析用于油井井下油水两相流参数检测的电导传感器空间灵敏度分布特性,建立含球形油泡时电导传感器的有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件对传感器内的电场分布进行数值分析,得到不同测量电极间距电导传感器空间灵敏度分布特性.结果表明:电导传感器的灵敏空间略大于其测量电极的几何结构空间,且不同轴向和径向位置上灵敏度分布不均匀,在传感器轴向中心、靠近管壁处的灵敏度最大;测量电极间距越大,灵敏度越高,敏感场分布相对越均匀.The spatial sensitivity of vertical multi-electrode conductance probe for measurement of oil-water two-phase flow parameters is investigated.Finite element analysis model is built for conductance probe with one spherical oil bubble inside,and from the numerical solution obtained using ANSYS software,spatial sensitivity of conductance probe is derived.Effect of different axial distance of measuring electrodes on spatial sensitivity is also studied.Analysis result shows that the length of sensing zone is slightly larger than that determined by the geometry of measuring electrodes,and the spatial sensitivity is related to radial and axial coordinate and is inhomogeneous in the sensing zone.At axial center of conductance probe,the sensitivity is highest nearby inner wall of probe.The axial distance of measuring electrodes has important influence on spatial sensitivity,and the larger the axial distance is,the higher and more homogeneous the sensitivity in sensing zone is relatively.
