摘  要:目的:观察荜茇不皂化物对家兔胆汁成分及谷丙转氨酶水平的影响,为进一步开发研制治疗高脂血症的蒙药提供实验依据。方法:用全自动生化仪测定用药前后家兔胆汁中胆酸、胆固醇含量及血清谷丙转氨酶的变化。结果:①静注荜茇不皂化物乳剂,给药前后胆固醇比较有显著差异(P<0.05);给药前后胆汁酸比较有显著差异(P<0.05);②正常组和不同剂量不皂化物组兔谷丙转氨酶比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:荜茇不皂化物能抑制家兔肝脏合成胆固醇,促进胆汁酸的生成,对谷丙转氨酶没有显著影响。Objective: To observe the impact of unsaponifiable matter of Fructus Piperis on bile components and levels of ALT in experimental rabbits, and therefore to provide a theoretical basis for studying Mongolian Medicine on Hyperlipidemia. Methods:①Tbe contents of bilea cids and Cholesterol were measured before and after using unsaponifiable matter of Fructus Piperis by ACA. ②the changes of ALT were measured by ACA. Results: ①Unsaponifiable matter of Fructus Piperis for IV injection, before and after the treatment, Both of cholesterol and total bile acids between the two groups were significantly different ( P 〈 0.05). ② There were no statistical significance in ALT between the control group and gruop of different dosages of unsaponifiable matter( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions: We found that unsaponifiable matter of Fructus Piperis can inhibit liver to synthesis cholesterol and to accelerate produce bile acids.
