摘　　要：目的:研究蒙药珊瑚及炮制品的质量控制方法。方法:采用EDTA法测定珊瑚及其炮制品中CaCO3的含量;参照《中国药典》相关方法检查重金属及砷盐。结果:蒙药珊瑚及炮制品的碳酸钙(CaCO3)含量均在80%以上;重金属含量均未超过百万分之二十;砷盐的含量在4PPM以下。结论:本研究为珊瑚及炮制品的质量控制提供依据。Objective：To study quality control methods of Mongolian Medicine Corallin Rubra and its processed product. Methods： using the method of EDTA to detect the CaCO3 content of Corallin Rubra and its processed products; to inspect heavy metals and arsenic salt referencing to ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂2005 edition （1st）related methods. Results：for Mongolian Medicine Corallin Rubra and its processed products,the content of CaCO3 were more than 80%; the content of heavy metal were less than million percents of 20;the arsenic content are less than 4 ppm. Conclusion： This study provides the basis for quality control of Mongolian Medicine Corallin Rubra and the processed products.
