HPLC法测定妇炎灵胶囊中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立一种用HPLC法测定妇炎灵胶囊中苦参碱的氧化苦参碱含量的方法。方法：采用Hypersil APS柱（4．6mmID×25em）、以乙腈-无水乙醇-3％磷酸（80：10：10）为流动相；检测波长220nm，流速为1.0ml／min。苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的进样量分别在0.258～1.548μg和0.0396～0.792μg范围内有良好的线性关系。（r=0.99957，n=5），平均回收率为98％以上。结论：本方法结果准确，可很好地控制妇炎灵胶囊的质量。Aim：To established a method for detenninating matrine and oxymatrine in Fuyanling capsules By HPLC. Methods： The separation was performed on Hypersil APS column, using acetonitrile - Ethanol - 3% H3PO4 （80：10：10） as mobile phase, respectively The detection wavelength was at 220nm respectively the flow rate was at 1.0ml·min^-1. Results： The linear range of matrine and oxymatrine was in the range of 0.258 ～ 1,548μg and 0.0396 ～ 0.792μg r = 0.99957 （n = 5）. the average recovery was over 98%. Conclusion： This method is rapid sensitive and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Fuyanling capsules.
