蒜炭对正常小鼠炭粒廓清指数的影响及微量元素的测定

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒜炭对正常小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响,并对蒜炭中所含的微量元素进行检测,为蒙药临床应用提供依据。方法:高、中、低剂量组蒜炭连续4d后检测小鼠炭粒廓清功能;测定蒜炭中各种微量元素含量。结果:高、中剂量组均能使正常小鼠的吞噬指数及吞噬系数显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);蒜炭含有丰富的Fe、Zn、Mg、Mn、Cu等微量元素。结论:蒜炭能够提高小鼠网状内皮系统的非特异性吞噬功能;蒜炭中含有丰富的微量元素。AIM：To investigate the influence of Allium Sativum Carbonisatonis on nonspeeific immunity in normal mice;to detect the level of trace elements in this Mongolia medicine, and to provide the bassis of clinical application. Methods：After the three（heavy, middle and slight）dose groups of Allium Sativum Carbonisatonis and control groups were administered orally four days, the clearance rate of charcoal particles of each group were observed; then the trace elements in the medicine have been detected by atomic absorption spectrometer. Results：the results showed that the heavy and middle doses of Allium Sativum Carbonisatonis significantly improved the clearance rate of charcoal particles in normal mice than control group（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05） ;It showed that there are abundant trace elements which are necessary to man＇s body in the mongolia medicines. Conclusion： These indicated that Allium Sativum Carbonisatonis had certain enhancement to the nonspecific immunity of the normal mice; there are abundant trace elements in the medicines.
