摘 要:目的:建立五味清浊胶囊(石榴、红花、荜茇、肉桂等)的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对方中主要组成药物石榴、荜茇、肉桂进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对荜茇中的胡椒碱进行含量测定.结果:定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强;胡椒碱在0.048~0.128μg范围内,对照品量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.07%,RSD为1.41%。结论:所建立的方法简便,准确可靠,重复性好,可作为五味清浊胶囊质量控制标准。Aim: To establish the quality standard of Wuweiqingzhuo Capsule ( Fructus Granati, Fruetus Pipers Longi, Cortex Cinnamomi, etc). Methods: TLC was performed to identify Fructus Granati, Fructus Piperis I_ongi, Cortex Cinnamomi. HPLC was used to determin Piperine. Results:The study on the Quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and hyghly specific. The quantitative evaluation had the linear range of 0.048 ~ 0.128mg.The average recovery was 100.07% and RSD was 1.41%. Conclusion: The method for identification and quantitation was simple, accurate, realizable and reproducible. It can be used effectively for the quality control of Wuweiqingzhuo Capsule.
