摘　　要：目的：建立五味清浊胶囊（石榴、红花、荜茇、肉桂等）的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对方中主要组成药物石榴、荜茇、肉桂进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）对荜茇中的胡椒碱进行含量测定．结果：定性鉴别分离度好，专属性强；胡椒碱在0．048～0．128μg范围内，对照品量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9999；平均回收率为100.07％，RSD为1.41％。结论：所建立的方法简便，准确可靠，重复性好，可作为五味清浊胶囊质量控制标准。Aim： To establish the quality standard of Wuweiqingzhuo Capsule （ Fructus Granati, Fruetus Pipers Longi, Cortex Cinnamomi, etc）. Methods： TLC was performed to identify Fructus Granati, Fructus Piperis I_ongi, Cortex Cinnamomi. HPLC was used to determin Piperine. Results：The study on the Quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and hyghly specific. The quantitative evaluation had the linear range of 0.048 ～ 0.128mg.The average recovery was 100.07% and RSD was 1.41%. Conclusion： The method for identification and quantitation was simple, accurate, realizable and reproducible. It can be used effectively for the quality control of Wuweiqingzhuo Capsule.
