摘 要:研究多定子超声电机同步驱动技术,通过多定子同步驱动增加电机的驱动力(矩),解决目前单定子驱动电机输出功率不大的问题,并且以两个定子同步驱动为例,分别给出了采用分立元件、AVR以及DSP 3种器件设计驱动电路的方法,比较分析了各自的优缺点,并指出多定子同步驱动可有效提高电机运行的可靠性和稳定性,探讨了同步驱动技术今后的发展趋势。So far, the rotor of an ultrasonic motor is usually driven only by a single stator both at home and abroad. Because of the piezoelectric and frictional materials and other factors, it is hard to develop the motor with powerful thrust and high reliability. This paper studies the synchronized driving technique for a multi-stator ultrasonic motor, which can increase its driving force and solve the output power problem existed in single stator motors. Taking a two-stator ultrasonic motor as an example, this paper introduced three different power supplies designed by seperated elements, AVR and DSP respectively. Compared and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages, it is pointed out that the multi-stator USM with a synchronized driving system could increase the reliability and stability of the motor. The trend of developing the motor is also given in the paper.
