摘 要:用沉积沉淀法制备了Au-CuO/TiO2催化剂和Au/TiO2催化剂,考察了沉淀温度、沉淀pH、焙烧温度和Cu/Au摩尔比等制备工艺条件对Au-CuO/TiO2催化剂性能的影响,确定了适宜的催化剂制备工艺条件.结果表明,Au-CuO/TiO2催化剂对CO2中微量H2的脱除具有较好的活性和稳定性.还考察了还原和H2S中毒处理先后的顺序对催化剂H2脱除活性的影响.结果表明,Au/TiO2催化剂基本上不受处理顺序的影响,而H2S处理顺序对Au-CuO/TiO2催化剂的性能有较为明显的影响,这说明还原后的Au-CuO/TiO2催化剂形成了Au-Cu合金。Au-CuO/TiO2 and Au/TiO2 catalysts were prepared by the deposition-precipitation method. The influence of preparation conditions such as deposition temperature, deposition pH, calcination temperature, and Cu/Au molar ratio on the catalytic performance was evaluated. The results showed that the Au-CuO/TiO2 catalyst has higher catalytic activity and stability than the Au/TiO2 catalyst for the removal of H2 from COz-rich gases. The influence of treatment order of reduction and H2S poisoning on the catalytic activity was also investigated. The Au-CuO/TiO2 catalyst is higher sensitive to the treatment than the Au/TiO2 catalyst, which indicates that an Au-Cu alloy may be formed in the Au-CuO/TiO2 catalyst after reduction.
