黄冈市中学体育教师心理健康状况的调查研究

摘　　要：采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对黄冈市87名中学体育教师进行调查,探讨其心理健康状况并分析原因。结果表明:黄冈市中学体育教师心理健康总体水平显著低于一般人群,部分教师存在着不同程度度的心理问题;男性教师的心理健康总体水平高于女性教师;教师心理健康水平总体上随年龄增加而升高;教师的精神压力主要来自于经济收入、教学压力和子女教育等方面。最后提出了提高体育教师心理健康水平的对策。With the aim of studying the mental health level of PE teachers and analyzing the reasons, 87 middle school PE teachers in Huanggang city were investigated by virtue of Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. The result shows that the mental health levels of middle school PE teachers in Huanggang city are markedly lower than average man on the whole; Some of them presented psychological problems in varying degrees; The male teacher is higher than the female counterpart in terms of mental health level; Their mental health levels rise along with growing older; Their mental stresses are mostly due to incomes, stress of teaching, family education and etc. At length , countermeasures of raising the mental health level of PE teachers were put forward.
