摘 要:为了满足铸造生产中造型、制芯的要求,需要开发一种无毒、无污染、高强度、高溃散性的铝合金铸件用的冷芯盒新型动物胶粘结剂.采用环保节能的CO2冷芯盒法研究这种粘结剂,该粘结剂是由动物胶、淀粉、醇在催化剂的作用下经过化学反应得到的.通过一系列优化试验确定的最佳工艺参数为:新型动物胶粘结剂加入量为3.0%,促硬剂Ca(OH)2粉末加入量为1.25%,吹气量为0.6 m3/h、吹气时间为1 min.该工艺使砂型5 min后,抗压强度达到0.55 MPa,24 h后抗压强度达到4.2 MPa,其性能稳定,满足了生产要求.To meet the need of mold and core manufactures in foundry practice, a new type cold box animal glue binder for aluminum alloy castings with free poison and pollution, high compressive strength and collapsibility was developed. This binder was obtained by the chemical reaction among the animal glue, amylum and ethanol with introducing the catalyst. The CO2 cold box process was adopted to increase the initial compressive strength of the sand mold. The optimal technological parameters were determined by a series of optimizing tests. The adding amount of the animal glue binder is 3.0 %, the adding amount of Ca(OH)2 as hardening agent is 1.25%, the gas blowing level is 0.6 m^3/h, and gas blowing time is 1 min. Subsequently, the initial compressive strength of the sand mold is 0.55 MPa, and reaches 4.2 MPa after 24 h. The obtained sand mold has stable property and can meet the requirement of the production.
