摘 要:为了降低环己醇、环己酮生产装置产生的甲酸废水中的COD,使其达到排放标准,降低废水排放量,减少环境污染的目的,采用酯化反应-共沸精馏组合法处理该废水,并从中回收甲酸正丁酯或甲酸异戊酯.介绍了酯化-共沸精馏法处理该甲酸废水的工艺过程,给出了物料的平衡数据.通过研究得出,回收的甲酸正丁酯或甲酸异戊酯的纯度分别为97%和96%;相应的甲酸正丁酯或甲酸异戊酯的回收率分别为该甲酸废水的18%~20%或20%~22%,甲酸回收率〉90%;经制取及回收甲酸酯处理后,该甲酸废水的COD由1.5×10^5~1.6×10^5mg/L降至5.0×10^2mg/L以下,COD祛除率达到99%以上.In order to reduce the COD value of the formic acid wastewater generated in the production equipment of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone, and to reach the direct discharge standard, as well as to decrease the direct discharge amount of the wastewater and the environmental pollution, the wastewater was treated by means of esterification reaction and azeotropic distillation, and n-butyl formate or isoamyl formate was recovered from the wastewater. The corresponding technological process and material balance data were introduced. The experimental result shows that the purity of the recovered n-butyl formate or isoamyl formate is 97 % or 96 %, the yield rate of the 97 % n-butyl formate and 96 % isoamyl formate are 18% to 20% and 20% to 22% respectively, and the recovery rate of the formic acid is over 90%. After the treatment, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the wastewater is decreased to 5 × 10^2 mg/L from 1.5~ 1.6 × 10^5 mg/L, and the removing rate of COD is over 99 % .
