穿心莲胶囊对大鼠生育功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究穿心莲胶囊对雄性大鼠生育功能的影响。方法:选择健康成年雄性大鼠,随机分为4组,分别为生理盐水、穿心莲24mg·kg-1、71mg·kg-1和213mg·kg-1。连续给药56天后与雌鼠1∶1合笼,1周后分笼;分笼1周后处死雌鼠观察胚胎情况。结果:与对照组相比,给药组大鼠胚胎数量和重量有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:穿心莲胶囊能影响雄性大鼠的生育功能,降低雌鼠的怀孕率。Objective：To study the effects of andrographis paniculata capsules on reproductive function in rats.Methods：Male adult rats were randomly divided into control group and andrographolide 24mg·kg^-1,71 mg·kg^- 1,and 213mg·kg^-1 groups. After the drug was administered for 8 weeks （56d）,each male rat mated with an adult female rat for one week. One week after seperated, female rats were killed.The rates of pregnancy,average number of embryos and relative weight of embryos were compared among all the groups.Results：In drug treated rats ,there were distinct differences in number and weights of embryos （P〈0.05） compared with those in the control group. Conclusion：Andrographolide capsules can affect male reproductive function in rats,thereby reducing the pregnancy rate of female.
