摘　　要：基于遥感监测的土地利用核查系统,是为满足金土工程一期建设实施方案中关于基于遥感监测成果的土地利用核查系统建设的要求,促进遥感技术在国土资源执法工作中的应用,以面向国土资源执法管理的重大需求而提出的。详细介绍了系统功能,从总体设计、数据库建设及所采取的技术路线等方面进行了描述。介绍了系统包含的功能模块,各个模块的功能结构,以及采用的技术特点。该系统的建成,将有助于提高土地执法管理的质量、能力和水平,并可为省、市、县执法监察业务提供翔实、准确、科学的数据服务。The land use verification system is proposed to meet the needs of land use verification system development based on monitoring results in Golden Land Project phase I to promote remote sensing application in land resources. The system functions were discussed in the paper, referring to system design, database development and technical methods. Main function modules nctional structures were described in this paper. The development of this system will definitely promote the quality, capacity and level of land management, and provide detailed, accurate and scientific data service for land law-performing departments at province, city and county levels.
