摘　　要：通过对我国减速顶现有用、管、修维修管理模式的分析,指出继续落实和不断完善减速顶的专业化维修工作的重要性。探讨制定减速顶报废期的重要意义和影响报废期的各种因素,指出认真执行标准的重要性,希望能够尽快制定出统一的报废期标准给以遵循。Through analysis of management on using and maintenance of the retarders in China, this paper puts the importance of put forward the specialization maintenance, explores the important meaning formulating period of scrap of retarders and various factors for influencing the period of scrap, and points out that we should construct the specialization maintenance as quickly as soon
