摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法对珍珠灵芝胶囊中腺苷的含量进行测定。方法色谱柱为Hypecsil ODS C18（4．6mm×250mm．5μm）；柱温：30℃；流动相为甲醇－0．05mol·L^-1。磷酸二氢钾溶液（15：85）；流速1．0mL．min^-1；检测波长为260hm。结果此法线性范围为0．021～0．52μg（r=0．9999），平均回收率为97．6，RSD=1．6％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、快速，重现性好，可用于珍珠灵芝胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of adenosine in Zhenzhu I.ingzhi Capsule. METHODS The Hypersil C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm） was used at a temperature of 30 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05mol· L^-1 KDP solution （15：85） with a flow rate 1.0mL·min^-1 . The detection wavelenghth was at 260nm. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.021--0.52μg（r= 0.9999）.The average recovery was 97.6% and RSD was 16% （n= 6）.CONCLUSIONS The method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the control of Zhenzhu Lingzhi Capsules.
