摘  要:目的探寻紫外分光光度法测定依沙吖啶溶液含量的简便、快捷、经济、准确的方法。方法用蒸馏水作溶剂,在362nm波长处测定吸收度。建立标准曲线,并与对照品比较法进行比较。结果乳酸依沙吖啶在2.5--25μg·mL^-1。范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.07%,RSD为0.17%(n=9),与对照品比较法相比,结果无显著差别。结论本法操作简便、快捷、经济、结果准确.可满足医院制剂的质量控制要求。OBJECTIVE To explore a method for content determination of ethacridine lactate solution by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. METHODS The purified water was used as the solvent. The detecting wavelength was set at 362nm. The standard curve was established and compared with the comparative substance. RESULTS The linear range was within 2.5--25.0μg· mL^-1(r = 0. 9999). A average recovery of the method was 100.07 % (RSD= 0.17 %, n= 9). There was no significant difference between the method and comparative method. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, economical, accurate, and suitable for quality control of hospital's preparation.
