复方甘草酸苷注射液与甘草酸二铵注射液治疗泛发性湿疹的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液和甘草酸二铵注射液治疗泛发性湿疹的临床疗效,并对其进行比较。方法将80例泛发性湿疹患者随机分成复方甘草酸苷组(42例)和甘草酸二铵组(38例),采用统一的疗效评价标准并进行统计学处理。结果7d内两组有效率有显著性差异,分别为78.57%和52.63%;14d内两组有效率无显著性差异,分别为92.86%和81.58%;两组平均治愈时间分别为(8.7±4.2)天和(12.0±6.8)天,有显著性差异。结论两者治疗泛发性湿疹均有良好的疗效,无显著性差别,但复方甘草酸苷注射液相对甘草酸二铵注射液所需治疗时间更短。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of compound glycyrrhizin injection and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection in treatment of extensive eczema and compare with each other. METHODS 80 patients with extensive eczema were divided into two groups （compound glycyrrhizin group and diammonium glycyrrhizinate group） and the same criterion was applied to evaluate effects. RESULTS The compound glycyrrhizin group＇s effective rate was 78.57% and the diammonium glyeyrrhizinate was 52.63% in treatment of extensive eczema in 7 days. They had significant difference. The two groups had no signifieant difference in treatment of extensive eezema in 14 days and the effective rate was 92.86 % and 81.58 %, respectively. The mean eure time of two groups were （8.7± 4.2） d and （ 12.0 ± 6.8） d, respectively. They had significant difference. CONCLUSION Compound glycyrrhizin injection and diammonium glyeyrrhizinate injection have similar effect in treatment of extensive eczema. But compound glycyrrhizin injection need less time than diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection.
