摘 要:采用滴体积法和稳态荧光法分别测定了α-癸基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂的表面活性及胶束聚集数,并考察了pH值对其表面活性的影响.实验结果表明,α-癸基甜菜碱具有较低的表面张力和临界胶束浓度,且以两性离子形式存在时比阳离子形式存在时的表面活性明显增强.对α-癸基甜菜碱水溶液泡沫力、润湿力和钙皂分散力等应用性能的测定结果表明,α-癸基甜菜碱具有中等润湿力、优良的起泡性能、稳泡能力和抗硬水能力,具有用于高效钙皂分散剂的潜能.The surface tension of zwitterionic surfactant α-capric betaine (α-CB) and the aggregation number of its micelles have been investigated by means of drop volume method and steady-state fluorescence technology respectively. The effect of the solution pH on the surface tension and the critical micelle concentration (CMC) has also been studied. The experimental results showed that α-CB exhibits excellent surface properties. And when the pH of α-CB solution approaches to pI ( isoelectric point), the system presents the lower surface tension and cmc than other forms. Some applied performance of α-CB are examined and the experimental results suggest that α-CB exhibits good foaming performance, excellent lime soap dispersing ability and hard water-resistance capability. This study indicates that α-CB is a candidate for the efficient lime soap dispersant.
