发展党内民主 促进党内和谐

摘　　要：党内民主是党的生命,发展党内民主,是促进党内和谐的前提和基础,它不仅关系到我们党的团结统一,而且关系党的自身建设和党的执政能力的提升。只有充分发展党内民主,才能更好地促进党内和谐,推动党内民主进程。Inner-party democracy is the party＇s vitality . To develop it is the prerequisite and groundwork of accelerating the inner-party harmony , it not only relates to the party＇s unification ,but also links to the party＇s self-construction and the advancement of the party＇ s administration capability. Therefore, only adequately develop it, then can better enhance the party＇ s inner-harmony, and prod the course of the party＇ s inner-democracy.
