摘　　要：对大连市经营性网吧的现状进行了分析,指出庞大的网民给经营性网吧的存在提供了基础。要切实加强大连市网络文化建设工作,从根本上推动大连市网络文化健康、有序发展。Based on the analysis of the status quo of commercial Internet bars in Dalian City, it is pointed out that the huge crowd provides a basis for the existence of these bars. The construction of network culture in Dalian needs to be strengthened, thus a healthy and orderly development of the Internet culture can be promoted fundamentally.
