摘　　要：在现代竞争激烈的高山滑雪比赛中,运动员心理素质水平的高低对比赛成绩起着至关重要的作用。本文是通过分析心理技能训练的作用和意义、高山滑雪运动比赛的心理特征以及影响心理变化的因素,为高山滑雪训练提出具有建设性的意见。The level of athlete＇s psychological quality plays a vital role in the intense modem skiing competition. The paper will make constructive suggestions for alpine skiing training, through the analysis of the training role and significance of the psychological skills and the psychological characteristics and the impact of psychological factors of alpine skiing competitions.
