摘　　要：对科学发展观核心的以人为本含义的理解,应放在人与自然、人与社会、人与人、人与组织的关系中去理解。以人为本作为党的执政理念,不仅是一种思维方式,也是对人在经济社会发展中主体作用与地位的肯定,更是一种价值取向。同时深入理解以人为本的内涵,还必须澄清以人为本与以民为本、人本主义等几个模糊认识。Comprehension the meaning of the people oriented in the scientific outlook on development, we should put it in the relation between person and nature, person and society, persons and person, person and organizations.Make people the center ruling principle of be the party, not only a kind of mode of thinking, but also the person in economic society development the corpus function and the affirmation of the position, is also a kind of worth mindset.At the same time the content that thorough comprehension make people the center, must still clarify to make people the center with take people as the this, person originally doctrine etc.
