西藏林芝地区巨柏育苗与造林试验

摘　　要：于2004—2005年进行了播种与扦插2种方式的巨柏育苗与造林试验，结果表明：播种育苗不宜过早，覆土不宜过厚；扦插育苗选择嫩枝作为插穗有利于形成愈伤组织，生根粉对愈伤组织无明显作用；选择3月份并以穴状整地植苗造林效果最佳．The results of the experiment on raising seedling and afforestation of Cupressus gigiantea from 2004 to 2005 had showed that the earlier sowing and the thicker soil cover were, the poorer the germination was; cuttage choosing tender branch as summerwood cutting was favorable for forming callus. The stock survival rate was high and ideal result was achieved if reasonable technique was applied to afforestation in March.
