摘  要:研究了车筒竹材热解工艺及其竹炭的基本性能,测定了车筒竹竹炭净化空气的性能。结果表明,车筒竹的热分解过程与毛竹相近,在制取车筒竹竹炭时可以采用现有的毛竹炭烧制工艺和设备。采用机械炉烧制的502℃、542℃车筒竹炭及用特制箱式电阻炉制取的700℃、800℃、900℃车筒竹炭在空气净化方面性能均较优良,适合用于生产空气净化类吸附性产品。已开发成功车筒竹炭微纳米炭雕。This paper studied the pyrolysis technology ofBambusa sinospinosa and the basic property of its charcoal, and determined the property of the charcoal in terms of air purification. The results showed that the pyrolysis course for Bambusa sinospinosa was similar with that for moso, and existed burning technique and equipment for bamboo can be used for making charcoal with Bambusa sinospinosa as the raw material. B. sinospinosa charcoals burned at 502℃ and 542℃ by using machine kiln and at 700℃, 800℃ and 900℃ by using electric resistance stove had a better performance regarding air purification, which were suitable to be used for producing absorbent products for air purification. Nowadays, micro-nano charcoal carving with B. sinospinosa as the raw material has been successfully developed.
