现代CAD参数化建模技术在成组技术中的应用

摘　　要：成组技术的应用大大提高了社会工作效率。尤其在机械行业,成组技术的发展日新月异。随着现代CAD技术的发展应用,具有强大的参数化设计功能的各种CAD应用软件使成组技术如虎添翼,设计和制造领域中得到了更加广泛的应用。CAD其强大的参数化建模功能,能够很好反映成组设计意图,参数化模型易于修改。本文以UGNX为支撑平台,介绍了用三维参数化建模实现成组设计的基本思想和实现方法,结合六角螺母实例分析了三维零件成组设计的设计过程,并创建了一个简单的成组零件库。The application of group technology raises the social work efficiency greatly.Especially in the mechanical industry,the development of group technology changes rapidly.Along with the development and application of the modern CAD technology,each kind of CAD application software with the formidable parameterization design function to make the technology become even more powerful,and causes a more widespread application in design and manufacture domain.The formidable parameterization modeling function of CAD can reflect the group design idea well,and the parameterization model can modify easily.This paper introduces the basis idea and realization method of group design by using the three-dimensional parameterization modeling,and establishes a simple group parts database by analyzing t the design process of the group technology in three dimensional components which integrate hexagonal nut example.
