摘 要:由于在当前作业条件下,还没有针对抽油杆的清洁手段,导致抽油杆带出大量原油造成井场污染和原油损失。结合生产实际,通过综合分析确定了抽油杆洁净器的设计方案,经过可靠性试验筛选,研制成功了可调式抽油杆洁净器,减少油井落地油,节约能耗,降低劳动强度和安全风险,实现了清洁生产。Because of the lack of cleaning means especially for pumping rods under the present operating condition, a large amount of crude oil has been brought out by pumping rods, resulting in the well-site pollution and the loss of crude oil. According to the pro- duction practice, the design proposal on the pumping rod cleaners has been determined through the comprehensive analysis. By the selection of reliability test, an adjustable pumping rod cleaner has been developed successfully, which helps to reduce the dropping oil of wells, cut the energy consumption and lower the labor intensity and safety risk. Finally the clean production has been realized.
