摘 要:目前对空气净化器的评价方法主要是参照GB/T 18801—2002《空气净化器》的步骤进行。该方法是针对室内空气净化器的,用于评价铁路空调列车空气净化器显然不太合适。本文针对铁路空调列车送风特点,模拟空调列车通风管道设计了一套实验装置,包括可调速风机、风量调节阀门、回风管路、循环管路、染污口、取样口等。利用该装置对4种类型的空气净化器进行了颗粒物、氨、甲醛、空气微生物的净化效果实验,并对实验结果进行了比对分析,取得满意结果。表明该套实验装置用于铁路空调列车空气净化产品的评价是可行的。Currently, the evaluation method of air cleaner is mainly according to the GB/T 18801--2002 Air Cleaner. However, this method is fit for evaluating the indoor air cleaner , and not for evaluating air cleaner in airconditioning train. So according to the air-conditioning train sending air characteristics, imitating the ventilated piping , we designed a set of experiment equipments, inclding speed-adjustable air machine, air amount-regulating valve, air returning pipe line, air circulating pipe line, polluting port, and sample-taking port etc. Utilizing this equipments , we tested and analyzed the purification abilities of four kinds of air cleaner to particle, ammonia, methanal , and airborne microbe, and the test results were satisfactory. So we believe this set of equipments surely fit for evaluating the effct of the air-conditioning train air cleaner.
