摘 要:研究了不同的热处理制度对La2O3-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-ZnO微晶玻璃系统微波介电性能的影响。应用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了它们的晶相组成,结果表明,ZnO质量分数为14%的样品在600℃保温不同时间,其介电常数温度系数(τε)在115.9×10-6/℃^-81.8×10-6/℃线性可调,相应的主晶相由MgSiO3变为ZnAl2O4,证明了晶相的组成及其相对质量分数是介电性能变化的根本原因。在600℃保温7 h,850℃保温40h获得的样品的参数为:rε=14.301;Q=1437;τε=2.5×10-6/℃。Effects of different heat-treatment process on the microwave dielectric properties of La2 O3-MgO- Al2O3-SiO2-ZnO glass ceramic system were investigated. The crystalline phases were identified by X-ray diffraction(XRD). Results show that the temperature coefficient of dielectric constant (τε) of the specimen with ZnO mass fraction of 14% vary in the range of -81.8-115.9 ×10^-6/ ℃ when treated at 600 ℃ with different holding time, and the relevant predominant phase changes from MgSiO3 to ZnAl2O4, which proves that the microwave dielectric properties depended mostly on the composition and relative mass frication of crystalline phases. Under condition of 600 ℃ holding 7 h and 850 ℃ holding 40 h, obtained the specimen's microwave dielectric properties are: the dielectric constant (ετ) is 14. 301, the quality factor (Q) is 1 437, and the temperature coefficient of dielectric constant (τε) is 2.5×10^-6/ ℃.
