摘　　要：选择合适的 BALB/c 实验小鼠对病毒性心肌炎的发病机制、药物防治等进行研究。在29只不同来源的 BALB/c 小鼠中随机取11只正常小鼠应用 PCR 方法检测试验的特异性,其中5/11PCR 结果阳性。病理切片显示6只正常小鼠的心肌有炎症变化,影响了实验结果的准确性。由此认识到实验动物的质量直接关系到实验结果的可靠性和科学性。Selecing suitable BALB/c experimental mice to study the pathogenesis,drug therapy of viral myocarditis.We randomly chose 11 normal BALB/c mice out of 29 mice from various sources to test the specificity of the experiment by the PCR method.5 out of 11 mice is PCR positive. Pathological examination showed that myocardium of 6 normal mice had inflammatory changes, which influence the accuracy of the experimental results.From this we learn that the quality of the experimental animal is directly related to the reliability and accuracy of the experimental results.
