摘  要:随着水电厂综合自动化水平的提高,其计算机监控系统已成为覆盖全厂信号、控制操作的综合性信息系统,通过计算机监控系统直接将远程终端装置(RTU)控制系统数据上送到调度中心,实现遥测、遥信信息资源共享和高速数据交换,直接在远程主站显示、控制。可取消传统RTU,避免重复投资,是将来RTU改造的一个方向。Along with the improvement of integrated automation of hydropower plants, the computer supervisory and control system (CSCS) has become an integrated information system involving signals, control and operation all over the plant. Through CSCS RTU data will he sent to the dispatching center for the realization of information resource sharing and high- speed data exchange by remote measurement and telecom, and displayed and controlled on remote host computers directly. Thus, traditional RTU device can be replaced and repeated investment can be avoided. This is a direction of RTU device reformation.
