摘　　要：镜板是水轮发电机组推力轴承的心脏部件,其表面粗糙度直接关系着水轮发电机组的安全运行。葛洲坝电站水轮发电机组镜板材料采用45号锻钢制成,其粗糙度、表面硬度和波浪度有非常严格的技术要求,在发电机组A修过程中必须对发电机组推力轴承的镜板表面进行研磨和抛光处理。文中介绍的液压传动系统镜板研磨机,大大提高了镜板研磨抛光的工作效率及研磨精度。The mirror plate is one of the core parts of a hydro-generating unit. Its surface roughness is directly related to the operation safety of the hydro-generating unit. The mirror plate material of the Gezhouba Hydropower Station is 45 # steel, and there is strict technical requirement for its roughness, surface hardness and wave degree. In the process of the generator unit maintenance, the mirror plate surface of the thrust bearing of the generator unit must be polished. This paper describes the mirror plate-polishing machine with a hydraulic drive system, which greatly improves the efficiency and precision of mirror plate polishing.
