摘　　要：在推进机械化条件下作战向信息化条件下作战的转变过程中，战场上的复杂电磁环境对作战行动提出了新的挑战。如何适应复杂电磁环境，打赢信息化战争成为了部队训练的首要课题。分析了复杂电磁环境下部队训练研究的现状及存在的不足，并结合基层部队的实际情况，运用数理统计的方法提出了复杂电磁环境下基层部队训练的新方法——正交设计训练法。During the process of pushing the change from mechanization campaign to informationization campaign,the complex electromagnetic environment in the battlefield challenges campaign actions.Thereby,how to adapt the complex electromagnetic environment and win the informationization war becomes the chief task of army training.This paper analyzes the research actuality of army training in the complex electromagnetic environment,presents a new method of skeleton army training in the complex electromagnetic environment combining the practice of skeleton army and using the mathematic theory.
