摘　　要：本系统采用TI公司的单片机MSP430F2274作为系统的控制核心,由A/D数据采集、功能转换、以及键盘显示等模块组成。该系统将被测信号转换成与其成比例关系的电压,再经12位AD574转换送单片机进行数据处理,结合继电器完成量程的自动转换,然后通过显示电路实时显示测试参数。另外,该系统还具有相对误差测量、"自动关机"等功能。通过实验测试,该系统满足设计要求,具有精度高、工作性能稳定、容易操作等优点。This system uses TI＇s MSP430F2274 MCU as the core of the control system formed by the A / D data acquisition, conversion feature, as well as the keyboard, such as display modules. After the measured signal conversion circuit functions, and its conversion into a voltage proportional to the relationship, then in the 12- bit single- chip AD574 conversion to send data processing, combined with the completion of the relay range of automatic conversion, which passed by the TG12864 - 12J liquid crystal components Display real - time display circuit test parameters. In addition, the system also has a relative error of measttrement, ＂automatic shutdown＂ and other features. Through the laboratory tests of the system, the system has some advantages of meeting the design requirements, with high accuracy and stability performance as well as easy to use.
