摘　　要：目的：研究抗疲劳Ⅰ号抗自由基损伤的作用。方法：通过测定负重大鼠游泳前后血清LPO、SOD、Mb及骨骼肌、肝脏、肺脏、脑组织LPO含量变化，观察抗疲劳Ⅰ号对其影响。结果：抗疲劳Ⅰ号能明显降低大鼠血清、骨骼肌、肝脏LPO的含量，增高血清SOD（T—SOD）的活性，降低血清Mb的含量。结论：抗疲劳Ⅰ号具有抗自由基损伤作用。Objective:To study the effect of antifatigue I on free radical injury. Methods:The changes of LPO,SOD and Mb in serum and the contents of LPO in skeletal muscles,liver,lung and brain were detected in swimming rats treated with antifatigue I and control. Results:Antifatigue I could reduce the contents of LPO in serum,skeletal muscles and liver of rats,increase the activity of an in serum,and decrease the content of Mb in serum. Conclusion:The antifatigue I can counteract the injury of free radical.
