摘　　要：氟比洛芬酯是氟比洛芬的药物前体，经过酯化作用而制成。氟比洛芬酯注射液可以选择性聚集在手术切口及炎症部位，抑制环氧化酶，减少前列腺素的生物合成，阻断对内源性炎症介质的伤害性疼痛反应，从而发挥镇痛作用。氟比洛芬酯主要用于术后镇痛，在围术期应用可以减少麻醉性镇痛药物的用量，同时也减少了镇痛药物的副作用。Flurbiprofen axetil is composed by esterification of flurbiprofen. Flurbiprofen axetil injection can selectively aggregate at surgical wound and inflammatory site, inhibit the biosynthesis of prostaglandins by depression of eyelooxygenase, and interrupt endogenous inflammatory factors-mediated injury, therefore exerting its analgesic effect. Flurbiprofen axetil has been successfully used for treatment of postoperative pain, reduce the perioperative requirement of opioid agents and their side-effects.
