脂肪肝治疗中应用凯西莱注射剂联合HD-91-Ⅱ型肝病治疗仪的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脂肪肝中应用凯西莱注射剂联合HD-91-Ⅱ型肝病治疗仪临床效果。方法将36例脂肪肝患者随机分为2组:治疗组18例,采用凯西莱注射剂0.2 g静脉滴注,HD-91-Ⅱ型肝病治疗仪经络穴位加中药局部透入,每日1次。对照组18例,不用肝病治疗仪治疗,凯西莱注射剂用量用法同治疗组。其他综合治疗方法2组均相同。疗程4周。观察患者临床症状、肝功能、血脂及B超肝脾声像图变化。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率72.3%。各项治疗指标治疗组均明显优于对照组。结论凯西莱注射剂与HD-91-Ⅱ型肝病治疗仪联合治疗脂肪肝,效果显著。Objective To explore the clinic effect of fatty liver treated with the combination of tiopronin for injection and HD -91 - Ⅱ mode hepatopathy therapeatic equipment. Methods divide randomly 36 sufferers of fatty liver into two groups, 18 sufferers of treating group, use 0.2 g of tiopronin for injection to transfuse, use HD - 91 - Ⅱ mode hepatopathy therapeatic equipment added with Chinese traditional medicine to partly permeate through the point of main and collateral channel, once a day; 18 sufferers of contrasting group, no using the liver senatory instrument to treat, the amount of injection of tiopronin is as the same as that of the treating group. Other integration treating methods of these two groups are similar. The period of treatment is 4 weeks. Observe the clinic symptoms of the sufferers,liver function, blood fat and the changes of sound and picture of liver and spleen in B Ultrasonic. Results The general efficiency of the treating group is 100% ,The general efficiency of the contrasting group is 72.3%. Every treating index of the treating group is superior to the contrasting group. Conclusions The efficiency of treating fatty liver combining tiopronin for injection with HD -91 - Ⅱ mode hepatopathy therapeatie equipment is prominent.
